A small (or maybe big?) win for me

Just wanted to share something I’ve noticed shift for me since doing the liver detox.

My cycle lined up perfectly with that and now also this kidney/lymph one, one of the symptoms I have had for years now is swollen lymph nodes that flare up about a week or so prior to my period. I had two particularly painful ones in my armpit that would get really hard and swollen.

I’m 4 days out from bleeding and noticed in the shower this morning that they are gone, no pain, no swelling, maybe like 2% can still feel it which is probably normal.

I have had a sore right hip/groin which I can expect because I hold a lot of trauma there and no doubt contracts to do with the menstrual cycle but this is so awesome I had to share.
