IT'S GONNA BE MAY - MAY WE ALL GET HOTTER THIS MONTH
What's to come and what to expect this month 1. Personal sheet ✅- The one I use for my coaching clients AND the one I use my personal life OS From - May 1 (Done, Check Classroom > Links & Resources) 2. App Alpha launch & Testing - Sometime in W2 3. Finishing the Training Basics course & Movement Library 4. It's time we take on strangers and people we don't know - This will be a drip feed as the group loses most of its utility if the culture does not support growth and instead becomes a comfort first place

Post-workout feeling
TomGPT, I have been watching a lot of content creators saying that they feel energized after a workout…why do I feel like I went through war after my workout?

Intro
[Name]: JC Genato [Starting point]: Physically, 144lbs now. Started at 113lbs in 2021. Mentally, just got through the toughest time of my life. So, currently horny for all the things Tom talks about in his IG. [Current Quest]: 155-160lbs by end of 2026 (Depends on what looks better for me). After my 5year LTR ended at 34yrs old, finding new interests and going back to old ones is utmost priority. Hoping to be more interesting for the new people who would be horny for me. [Skills] I'm prioritizing: To get up from bed and to get out of the house to be productive. Look at Tom's story if he has a new homily/sermon to get me through a slow heavy morning. I'm very confident of the results I can produce, it's just really hard to get to that point of starting to do the work. Why now: Because, butts.

Weight bears no weight on your trajectory (pun intended)
I’m officially down 7 lbs! Recently, I’ve been fluctuating between 223 and 224 lbs, but I honestly don't mind. I’m beginning to feel great and, more importantly, I like what I see in the mirror. My clothes are starting to fit better, too! I'm not saying that 7lbs is a significant number, but that it feels significant. I know there is still a lot of work to be done, but seeing these changes is a huge win. So, hop on that scale without fear or anxiety—know that you’ve done the work!
Intro - Dane B
Name: Dane Starting point: At the heaviest weight I've ever been. Physically and mentally drained from work. Working out and eating right has been on the backburner for a year now. I can't believe that I lost 10 kilos just to gain 20 kilos in a year. 🫠 Current quest: I wanna be hot and a hubadera again HAHAHA smart and hot, be at 80 kilos at year end Skills: Somatic therapy, time management, proj management Why now: As Tom said, I'll always be busy and I always feel like I have Adhd. I just got promoted and I don't think I can continue with my previous coping mechanisms for the sake of my health and sanity. LFGG
