Hello, everyone! I have been lifting for a couple of years now but inconsistently. Last year, I had great success with my short time lifting with Tom in person. As time went by and life happened, I gained the weight back. However, there is nothing I can do but take accountability and move forward. I would like to introduce myself formally to you all. My name is Ace and I’m currently conditioning myself back to being fit, active, and healthy! My current goal is to lose fat weight and gain muscle. At present time, I am 230 lbs and I aim to reach 190 lbs by December due to an annual trip I want to look good for. I hope this community will keep me accountable and at the same time, I hope I can keep YOU motivated and inspired to push forward with our goals. PS. I am looking for someone to be an accountability partner! This will require us to communicate daily and to be a bit “no-nonsense” approach to one another! We could do a vibe check and set our goals.
