3 minutes just to do 4 reps šŸ™ƒ Don’t watch every moment, But I spend about a minute gathering mana as I’m about to lift a weight that I know I can lift - I just haven’t lifted it before I try to do some chase reps (you’ll see me try to rapidly recover myself in order to do more and I don’t typically take this long for the mini rest) but I seem to have found my limits yesterday I don’t think I could have done it without the shouting I’d like to think I’m pretty efficient when it comes to my energy use and set up

This was me Set PR-ing for the 2nd time today! After 2 warm ups at 15kg & 30kg, This 50kg set was my 2nd working set. Yesterday was the first time I took 45kg for a 1st set spin. Since I did not rush myself with touching 50kg from the get go, I know my strength is more foundationally developed and this should be an easily replicable performance - ideally with less shouting on my part I have the flexibility to either stay at 45kg & add reps for my 1st set next time OR I can do 47.5kg and aim for a similar amount of reps as I did with today's session. (I'm only inclined to do that if I'm biased towards getting to 50kg for my 1st set sooner, which I am not) For my Algrowrithm what I do with the 2nd set isn't that important, it's greedy to expect improvement on every set. I COULD: Maintain 1st set performance next session and then try to allocate my adaptations on the 2nd set - But that would put me out of scope of my algrowrithm as it meant I held back on the 1st set just to feel cool about myself

[Name]: Ace [Starting point]: I’m currently at 228lbs ( lost 2lbs with very minimal effort in 5 days). Physically, I feel like my body craves for lift pains and activity! Mentally, I am self-determined and currently motivated! [Current Quest]: I am aiming for short term gains…every week šŸ˜›. 2lbs of weight gone from the scale, but most importantly, I want to see fat melting off my body every week. I want to go back comfortably to size L! Physically, I want to see strength gains in my lifts! Mentally, I just want to shed the ā€œokay naā€ or settler mentality. [Skills] I'm prioritizing: Consistency and progressive overload! I’m a visual and vibes-type of person! I need to see and feel the changes! Feeling lighter, healthier, and getting a good body reflected in the mirror are great drivers. Why now: I am currently feeling HEAVY, and not in the good way. My clothes don’t fit and worse, my body doesn’t feel right. Seeing lift numbers go higher and weight going down are great protective factors to my development. Having great peers to push me are good social drivers too! Accountability partners, anyone?? Surge peeps, are you here? Let’s get fit this 2026, everyone!

Zinc & Magnesium are GAME FUCKING CHANGERS when it comes to sleep It is literally an incomparable, unfathomable, different, and SUPERIOR timeline of existence to supplement Zinc & Magnesium Between this and creatine get this I used to put all my online's on ZMA (Zinc & Magnesium aspartate, typically with a vitamin B) And I'd play this game to see if it improved sleep and therefore - their lives I stopped playing after it was literally 100% 60/60 people Unless we eat for specifically FOR Zinc and Magnesium then WE WILL BE deficient in them These are all more or less dosed at 450mg Magnesium and 30mg Zinc Personally as a bigger mans I am enjoying 600mg Mg and 40Mg Zinc I have recently, personally moved on from bottled ZMA (1800 every 2 months) to a straight from the factory powdered GLYCINATE (SUPERIOR for bio availability) form (1800 for 4 YEARS of Mg and 1800 for 92 YEARS of Zinc) (If you guys can visit me in Makati I can actually just share the Zinc with you) I will link in the comments
