First day back on the block with food i ate a salad and some fruit and alot of water i took it easy but tomorrow i will get in a early work out getting some rest
Today im up ready to workout πͺ for my first workout the 2nd time will be in the evening im starting my day at 3am first start with gratitude meditation for 10min next yago then lemon to clean my liver out next get ready for work
Today I finished my 6 day no food fast I did a reset on my body i dropped my pressure for 140 /81 to 110/ 71 from I felt a lil weak but for the most im fine I dont know if I will do it this long again
