Today's scripted day Waking up to rosters at 5am smelling the clean air and watching the sun rise smelling fresh Kenyan coffee ☕️ im getting dress to go to my gym which 9s on the 2nd floor in my 3 story house .I always look out the window looking at my 2 cars one is a regular pickup and my car i use when I stunt my range rover defender fully loaded Grey X130 . Today is fish and ugely a Kenyan food i dont really like it taste like cooked sponges 🤣🤣

Up at 0400 early workout before work leg morning and biceps. After i will drink lemon water then get ready for work started with my gratitude meditation 🧘‍♂️ then my supplements and motivation videos on the way to work next will be studying healing herbs for 3 hours. This is my morning first workout for my mind and body
My day
My dream day would be to meditate on my gratitude then leave a dinner list for the personal chef to cook for me . Waking up to a beautiful women that kisses me acts like so so happy to be with me so she gives me breakfast in bed on the weekends when the chef is off then I would drink my protein shake and lemon water. After I would walk upstairs to the roof and smell the majestic morning air 😍 next walk over to the side of the roof and look down and see the help man washing the cars my range rover defender fully loaded Grey X130 being washed. Life is amazing. I didn't want topost tonight but every day I will push through with doing something I dont want to do. In order to get things that i want

Framework for the day Drank my lemon water, ate grapefruit drank 1/2 a liter of water along with Hibiscus tea next get ready for my first workout 💪 and making my juice for next week its all about our mind set
