I've been off for little bit but now I'm back for myself my head is on . I've have learned that I have to focus more on control my thoughts and staying focused on me because I have alot more to fix than who or what im looking at . To control yourself and thoughts is alot harder than looking at someone and judging them we have this habbit of looking outside more than looking inside when we see someone else's fault know that the universe is mirroring you through them to show you what you did or now look like.
My morning framework now begins with my vegetarian protein shake made from pea protein 😋 stretches 45 to 60 Mike Tyson 💪 1/2 liter of water ,gratitude meditation 🧘‍♀️. And writing in my journal. I have a new (why in my life and new target 🙃 😅.
I've learn to actually submerge yourself into your 4D world not to fake it but to bask yourself into it have little reminders all around you to keep you in it whaen you take a break for anything in the 3 D world have something that will keep you in that scripted world 🌎 drown yourself in it dont listen to the outside chatter because it will want to pull you backwards
