Speed It Up
I normally do my BOLS before I go to the gym at 4am but today I did the S on the elliptical. I closed my eyes, kept a steady breathing pattern & envisioned my manifested life. When I started there were 10 minutes left on the timer. When I opened my eyes there was 3 minutes left but it felt like I was in there for a few seconds! Our minds are powerful! I'm going to make this a thing for my elliptical sessions!
