Top of the week Bankable Speakers! At our last call we talked about becoming accountable for our numbers each week. If you want more speaking opportunities you need to be pitching and reaching out and having conversations about it. If you aren't getting enough bookings it may be in your numbers! A few questions you'll need to reflect on each week: 1. What is your goal for speaking gigs in next 90 days? How many times do you want to speak/train? 2. How many pitches, followups, emails, RFPs completed, 1st degree contacts, and conversations did you have this past week (April 12-19)? 3. Did you meet your weekly goal? 4. What is your goal for the upcoming week? 5. What worked well/what didn't work well and what will you do differently this upcoming week? Remember what you don't track you can not change!! No wrong answers here--- only support, encouragement to create a plan! We're in this together!
