I’d love to see you free your leg to different sides. Bringing it: - To the front - To the side - To the back Here it’s about engaging well the abs and the glutes so you can bring your hips forward to counterbalance! Drop in the comments your video trying it!😍 It’s always about trying and exploring movement so no worries if it’s not as you expect ☺️
