WEEKLY WARRIOR STARTS NOW!
Alright team.. its time to turn things up. Starting every Saturday, I'm picking ONE weekly warrior. How do you win? By showing up in the Daily Gym Posts and Progress Logs. Show the work, the grind, and the wins. Here's the fun part... Whoever gets crowned Weekly Warrior isn't just getting a shoutout. You're getting immediate access to the private Baki Elite Discord! The premium circle that most people here wont touch for a while. This is early member level access. Once the community grows, this opportunity disappears. So if you want in... If you want that early advantage... If you want to get noticed... Post daily. Push yourself. Show your progress. Earn it. Lets see who really wants it 👀

C'est Moi
Hi, I'm eliot. Teen athlete training ninja warrior for 8 years. I fell in love with that, parkour and tricking all after that (circa Covid.) Hope to build community here.
Introduction
Hey! My name is Thanos and i train in Martial Arts for the last 15 years. I started with Kenpo Karate (a self defense based martial art, not so much like traditional karate) and the last 3 years i have also trained on and off BJJ (total is less than 1 year), currently training Kickboxing (& Kenpo) and i am generally a Martial Arts enthusiast. I used to go to the gym but the last 3 years i mainly train calisthenics to build strength and muscular endurance and the last few months i have also been running regularly 5-7km on a mountain. I want to increase my explosive strength, muscular endurance and mobility (i have significant improvement and i am getting closer to the splits but i still need a bit of work in order not to be just flexible but strong near the end of the ROM) to improve my performance in martial arts.
