For years I thought the only way to get lean was to track every calorie. It made eating stressful and honestly killed my motivation. Once I stopped tracking, I finally got consistent and leaner than ever. I explain exactly how in this new video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxApeEWWniQ

best workout split
I’ve been training for years, tried every “bro split” out there — chest day, arm day, endless volume — and wondered why I wasn’t getting results. I finally broke it down into something simple that actually works for natural lifters who want to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. I made a short YouTube breakdown showing the full structure (Push, Pull, Legs, frequency, recovery, etc.) — no fluff, just real talk and would love your honest feedback https://youtu.be/Vce-6LKW4EU?si=uE6WL-oZknGYfSZ0

Do you want to say "NO"? If yes, Your inner Adonis has just been born.
Have you ever felt like buying a bag of chips, but this time, instead of picking them up normally as always, you feel like it's not worth it, and at the same time, you want to NOT buy them and to buy them? This means that you are already at a higher level of self improvement. You are no longer a beginner. You are no longer a Jeffrey. Of course, you are not advanced either, but if you do what I tell you, you will definitely be. This voice, this desire not to relapse this time, not to buy that bag of chips this time, it is your inner Adonis, created by your brain, your potential future self. Obviously, there is no way that you from the future traveled back in time to tell you something via your brain. But I want you to realize one thing. The more you feed that inner Adonis, the better your life is, the more progress you make. And what to feed him? Saying no. Which is exactly what he wants. Some time ago, I started having my first "Inner Adonis". I remember I was gooning, but suddenly I decided: "fuck it, I'm not relapsing" I stopped mid goon, i jumped, and I put on my clothes the fastest in my life. That sudden dopamine spike. Not from ejaculation. From success. From self-control. This. Is. Fucking. Awesome. So next time you want to do something that you know you shouldnt be doing, just fucking don't do it. And I know you might feel like you have an unfinished task that you want to finish. But it's exactly the opposite. You did what you were supposed to do, and the more you feed your inner Adonis, the less you feel that unfinished task that you shouldn't finish. So stay strong boys. This is a bit off topic, but I care about the highest possible quality of my posts, so if you can, please vote in the poll below.

This is your sign to lock in and go ghost
I could end the post here. It's time to get even more serious brothers. We have 3 months left until 2026 and 99% of us did not make any NOTICIABLE progress and will be in the exact same position at the start of 2026.You will say "2026 will be your year " but deep down you will continue to live and be the same for years to come IF YOU DO NOT GO 100% in. This means Cutting out every single thing that is holding you back, embracing failure, defying other people's expectations and doing what you think is best for you (Keep a consideration of others advice though) It means disappearing from your cute social media posts and from the Crabs of your life. There is no moderation or "1 hour a day" or "Maybe on weekends" If it's not serving you to become better, it has to go. You must be ruthless. Stop talking to 5/10 girls hoping you will smash one day. Stop watching degenerate low value content and consume high quality education that will benefit you and the world HOWEVER, this does mean: Starting to be more social, breaking your comfort zone and embracing failure. Finding higher quality people to surround yourself around, Men who will push you for more and criticize you when you are weak. Doing whatever you want and not being afraid (stand for your values and beliefs). Reflecting and meditating on your purpose in life. Find your craft that will benefit you, your family and the world. Working relentlessly in your craft. Considering religion and surrendering your life and self-improvement to religion (I will not impose any religions but it's something to consider if you want) This also means being brave even when you terrified, you still show up and tell yourself you are that guy My story I discovered self-improvement in 2021 at age 16 from Ice cold JT (He disappeared but never forgotten) I was consuming content but hardly taking any action, I was 16 I never knew better, I made excuses (Maybe valid), but it was holding me back. I am Asian and I grew up with strict Asian parents (My father only) and my family are all schoolteachers who only cared about studies. As a result, I became very intelligent and got good grades my whole life and I thought I was making them proud but deep down I was unhappy and subconsciously wished I could live a bad boy life who doesn't care about school, but my father's influence and words was taken seriously by me as a child growing up. I was basically manipulated to believe he knows best, and I must listen to him.
