How Recruiting Support Works

Recruiting can feel confusing, stressful, and honestly overwhelming. This page explains the different ways I offer recruiting support so you can decide what makes sense for you.

You don’t need to do everything here. Most athletes start small and add support only if they want it.

If you want to learn how recruiting works and do it yourself, the Classroom is the best place to start.

Outreach Optimization:

Help personalizing your emails and follow-up plan. You still send everything; I just help you make sure it sounds right and fits where you’re at.

Highlight Video Creation / Editing:

Help selecting clips, organizing them, and creating a clean highlight video that’s ready to send to coaches.

Full VIP Recruiting Support:

This is hands-on, application-only support for athletes who want guidance throughout the recruiting process. Spots are limited so I can stay focused and involved.
