Where am I still the bottleneck? → What tasks could be started, or even completed, without my direct involvement? 3. How am I using the time I’ve bought back? Am I using it to deepen relationships, improve systems, or just fill it with more noise? The agents and entrepreneurs who win this next decade aren’t the ones using AI the most—they’re the ones using it most intentionally.
