AI Lab: Private Mentorship is happening in 9 days
192 Tasks Reimagined
We just added the full recap from this week’s AI Systems Lab session into the Live Replays classroom. The topic was the 192 Tasks Reimagined Ownership Map. Simple question we worked through: What should you still own, what should your team own, and what should AI help you carry? Most agents are not overwhelmed because they lack discipline. They are overwhelmed because too much of the business still runs through them. Listing prep. Follow-up. Inbox cleanup. Client updates. Marketing. Transaction support. Content. Database work. Some of it should stay with you. Some of it should be delegated. Some of it should be automated. A lot of it should be AI-enhanced first. AI Systems Lab members: the replay, recap, and spreadsheet are now inside the Live Replays classroom. → Ownership Map Replay & Spreadsheet For everyone else: What is one task in your real estate business that you don't enjoy doing or that steals a lot of time from your week? Drop it in the comments. If you want details on the Lab or joining our next live mastermind, DM me LAB and I’ll send them over.

Why I’m using this instead of Clawdbot (Resource Drop)
I know a lot of you have been talking about Clawdbot and OpenClaw. This is what I'm using instead. You'll see exactly why once you get into the session. Everything you need is right here: → The Evolution of AI Resource Page & Prompts Watch it. Try the frameworks. Then come back and tell us what you're building with it.

AI Business Systems | Organize Your Chaos
Most agents think the way out of chaos is to work harder. It’s not. Chaos doesn’t go away—it scales with your business. What separates stuck agents from top producers is the ability to turn chaos into systems. In this mastermind, we talked about how to build a “second brain” that organizes information, streamlines execution, and enables you to focus on growth. Inside the session: - Why most growth problems are system problems, not market problems - How systems amplify the two levers that scale every business: innovation + marketing - How to escape $20/hr tasks and reclaim your $500/hr focus with SOPs + VAs 🎥 Watch the full replay right here (video attached). As a bonus, I included the Ultimate Referral System Playbook inside the Notion recap page. It's my gift for showing up to the mastermind—or for joining our Skool network. AI Goal Setting Help
I was not able to attend the Goal Setting session in person, but I do have the replay. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the link to files I need to create the custom GPT. Could someone share those? @Shoney Ivens ?

The 3 Questions That Shape How You’ll Compete in the AI Era
I think it's time we start asking better questions around our use of AI. It's not “What can this tool do?” It’s “How do I want to grow in a world where this tool exists?” If you want to stay relevant and build a future-proof business, reflect on these three questions: 1. Where am I paying humans (including myself) to do what software can handle better? (Where do I let AI take over, and where do I insist on staying human?) 2. Where am I still the bottleneck? → What tasks could be started, or even completed, without my direct involvement? 3. How am I using the time I’ve bought back? Am I using it to deepen relationships, improve systems, or just fill it with more noise? The agents and entrepreneurs who win this next decade aren’t the ones using AI the most—they’re the ones using it most intentionally. What’s one area of your business you know AI could take off your plate this month?
