I think it's time we start asking better questions around our use of AI.
It's not “What can this tool do?” It’s “How do I want to grow in a world where this tool exists?”
If you want to stay relevant and build a future-proof business, reflect on these three questions:
  1. Where am I paying humans (including myself) to do what software can handle better? (Where do I let AI take over, and where do I insist on staying human?)
  2. Where am I still the bottleneck? → What tasks could be started, or even completed, without my direct involvement?
  3. How am I using the time I’ve bought back? Am I using it to deepen relationships, improve systems, or just fill it with more noise?
The agents and entrepreneurs who win this next decade aren’t the ones using AI the most—they’re the ones using it most intentionally.
