We run an agency and I’m curious what people are actually monetizing with AI, not just experimenting with.

For us, the biggest ROI has been:

• Automating lead follow-up

• Faster creative testing

• Internal SOP generation

But I’m seeing a lot of hype and not a lot of real revenue conversations.
