Course creation
Hi All! I am an English teacher and I specialize in IPA, the International Phonetic Alphabet. I teach the sounds and how to recognize them. What AI tool would you suggest for course creation. There are tons I know, but maybe something new can pop up here 😁 Also, any sites that can edit videos to make them seem more professional?

@Sal Di Giallonardo Welcome šŸ‘‹ I personally would have that same discussion with AI and course creation will come easier than you think. Good luck!

@Sal Di Giallonardo tell AI it's time to launch and it will start encouraging that instead of trying to find perfection. And remember you can still look and should look for perfection after launching.
Hey AI Advantage community! šŸ‘‹
I'm Sara, and honestly, finding this space feels like exactly what I needed right now. I come from Operations Management at Accenture, where I spent years identifying what needed to be automated and working with developers to make it happen. That's where I first fell in love with the idea of using technology to buy back time, before I even knew AI would become my path. I started diving deep into AI automation in August 2025. I had incredible mentorship along the way, learned fast, and now I'm in the middle of launching my own product: The Intelligent Partner, an AI assistant built specifically for women entrepreneurs. I'm at that stage every founder knows well: big vision, tight budget, and a hundred questions a day. I often find myself needing clarity on tools, a real expert perspective, or simply people who get it. Which is exactly why this community drew me in. Tony, Dean and Igor built something here that cuts through the noise, practical, human, and actually useful. That's rare. And that's what I need right now. I can't wait to learn alongside you, share what I'm building, and contribute where I can. If you're working on anything with AI automation or building a business around it, let's connect. šŸ¤ Sara ā™”

@Sara Mount Welcome šŸ‘‹ there's definitely lots to learn.
How do you deal with employees resisting new AI tools? 😤
Hey guys! This one drives me crazy - companies invest in amazing AI tools and then they end up collecting dust because nobody wants to change how they work The tech is NEVER the problem, it's always the people side šŸ”µ What's your go-to strategy for driving AI adoption internally? šŸ”µ šŸ”µ How do you get resistant teams to actually embrace the tools? šŸ”µ I feel like nobody talks about this enough and it's literally the #1 bottleneck Would love to hear from anyone who's dealt with this!! 😁😁 Thank you!!!

@Jose Luque Leon Welcome šŸ‘‹ that sounds like a bad investment to just collect dust.
When was the last time you upgraded your resume template?
Many job seekers keep using the same resume they created years ago. The experience might be strong, but the format and structure are outdated. Today, resumes are not just read by people, they’re also scanned by ATS systems. A modern, clean, and well-structured template makes it easier for recruiters to quickly see your value. Sometimes the problem isn’t your skills or experience. It’s simply that your resume doesn’t present them in a clear, modern way. Upgrading your resume template might seem like a small change, but it can make a big difference in how your application is received. Small improvements in structure, clarity, and presentation can greatly improve your chances of getting noticed. If you haven’t updated your resume in a while, this might be a good time to take another look at it.

@Deborah Arogbo Welcome šŸ‘‹ I also tailor my resume to every different position applied for.
Using AI with the jump start playbook
Using the AI Jump Start Playbook helped me get the team aligned, out of the office, and focused on clear goals. The products made it easy to map out what the office was doing and quickly adjust when needed. Not every action was successful, but the structure allowed me to see who was executing, where the gaps were, and how to redirect effort. It gave me a clearer operational picture and made daily leadership easier and more effective.
