@Ray Merlin We run it in 3 simple layers: 1. AI pre-qual form review When someone books a call, AI scans their answers (budget, timeline, goals, etc.) and scores the lead based on our ideal client criteria. 2. Auto follow-up questions If something’s unclear, it sends a clarifying question automatically before the call saves a ton of wasted time. 3. Call summary + red flag detection After the call, AI summarizes it and flags things like low urgency, unrealistic expectations, or budget mismatch. It’s not super complex, it just filters and prioritizes so sales only talks to the highest-probability people.
Where is AI actually making you money right now?
We run an agency and I’m curious what people are actually monetizing with AI, not just experimenting with. For us, the biggest ROI has been: • Automating lead follow-up • Faster creative testing • Internal SOP generation But I’m seeing a lot of hype and not a lot of real revenue conversations. If you had to name ONE AI workflow that’s directly making you money right now, what is it? Genuinely curious, might even test a few of the best ones and report back.

That makes sense, quality ceiling matters a lot with AI influencers. I agree, growth is usually the easier lever. Distribution is predictable. Monetization is where the real game is. Are you building the sales angle into the content from day one now, or still separating “growth content” and “conversion content”? I’ve noticed the AI pages that win long-term blur that line really well instead of flipping the switch later. Curious how you’re approaching it with the rebuild.

Nobody really cares...
Let me tell you something that might free you up a little. People don’t care about what you’re doing as much as you think they do. They’re not sitting around analyzing your moves. They’re not replaying your mistakes. They’re not judging you nearly as hard as you’re judging yourself. They’re thinking about their own lives. And yet so many of us hold back because we’re afraid of looking stupid. Afraid of failing publicly. Afraid it won’t go perfectly. But embarrassed in front of who? The real tragedy isn’t trying and falling short. The real tragedy is getting to the end of your life and realizing you played small. You had ideas and kept them safe. You had dreams and negotiated them down. You waited for the “right time” that never came. That’s the part that should scare you. You don’t get to run this life back. So if there’s something on your heart... a business to start, a move to make, a conversation to have... Do it. Not because it’s guaranteed to work. But because missing your shot is heavier than failing at it. What’s the bold move you’ve been overthinking?
