📋 Your Black Friday Launchpad Checklist
Welcome to your 7-week plan to get paid for what you already know — in time for the holidays. Use this checklist to stay focused and finish strong. ✅ WEEK 1 – CLARIFY ☐ Identify your SNAP Zone (what do people already ask you for?) ☐ Post your intro in the community☐ Watch the Launch Orientation video ✅ WEEK 2 – PACKAGE ☐ Choose your SNAP Session type (audit, consult, plan, etc.) ☐ Set your price ($200–$500 recommended) ☐ Name your offer (done is better than perfect) ✅ WEEK 3 – SETUP ☐ Write a simple 1-pager or Google Doc (we’ll give you a template) ☐ Create your scheduling link (Calendly or similar) ☐ Set up an email follow-up template ✅ WEEK 4 – OUTREACH ☐ Identify your first 5 “could-be” clients ☐ Send 5 messages using the DM templates ☐ Book 1 call (even if it's free at first) ✅ WEEK 5 – DELIVER ☐ Host your first SNAP Session ☐ Ask for feedback (we’ll give you a form) ☐ Share a win in the community thread ✅ WEEK 6 – UPGRADE ☐ Add a natural affiliate rec (tool, course, book) ☐ Create a second pricing tier if you're ready ☐ Begin outlining a simple support group idea ✅ WEEK 7 – BLACK FRIDAY READY ☐ Finalize your messaging ☐ Promote on social (use our sample posts) ☐ Celebrate your first (or next) paid client 🎉 You don’t have to do it all. 🧠 4. Stop “Mass Uploading” Strategy Uploading 3–5 videos daily with similar structure looks spammy. Instead: 1) Focus on quality over quantity. 2) Improve retention & storytelling. 3) Post consistently (2–3 times weekly is fine). Slow growth is safer growth. One video can change everything
