- Gradually increase effort, weight and / or reps in a given set. This reinforces my guide to start conservative on week 1 so it allows room for progression week 2, and so on.
- Compare your weekly performance to see what you do week 1 so you can beat it in week 2.
- Reinforce consistency with your nutrition!!! The training builds the strength & muscle, but our nutrition presents & reveals the work we have done in our training.
