What an absolute pleasure it has been to work with each and everyone of you guys, and to see the changes & improvements you have all made in this 8 weeks 🙌🙌 give yourselves a pat on the back for your effort and for committing yourselves to this challenge. There are trade offs between building muscle and losing fat, and you can't effectively do both simultaneously. Your gains also slow down over time as you approach your “genetic potential”.

Prioritise one thing before trying to get another thing
If your goal is to lose weight / fat, your food will be a lot more restricted making it harder to build muscle & strength. Oftentimes, we can lose some muscle. There are many factors that come into play with these outcomes. And in my next video I’ll be delving into some things that influence these outcomes.

Don’t slip!
It’s so easy to lose focus and become distracted by all of what life throws at us. But, this is the opportunity to stay on the path. Stay committed. Finish what you started and make yourself proud of the achievements you have made. We’re on the home stretch!!! Keep pushing. Keep hitting your targets and reach out to me if you’re struggling 🙌🙌
