Weekends away are great. We all need them and we all deserve to have fun and enjoy life. You can still do this and stay aligned with your goals.
Don’t eat the biggest, fattest meals when you’re out.
Don't drink as much as you can, be mindful of your choices and have water between drinks.
Try to get 1-2 training sessions in and walk your way around to places so you still get exercise in.
