Big congrats to Toy Doctor, Inc. They just brought on a B/C Level Auto Technician for their shop in Littleton, CO.
That’s a really solid move for the whole shop. A good B/C tech takes real weight off the team: knocks out the maintenance and mid-level work, tightens up flow through the bays, and frees your top guys up to stay on the tougher diagnostic stuff (instead of getting dragged into everything).
And they’re not stopping there — they’ve still got the A-Tech search rolling.
That’s how you build depth: stack the right seats, keep the work moving, and keep the shop from living in “scramble mode.”
