Big congrats to Jones Complete Car Care!
They just brought on TWO experienced Automotive Technicians for their shop in Salt Lake City, Utah.
That’s a serious win. One solid tech is hard enough to land… pulling in two experienced hires in the same stretch means the shop can open up capacity fast: more cars through the bays, less backlog, and way less “triage mode” for the rest of the team.
This campaign ran for about a month, which is a good reminder: sometimes the right hires take a little runway. But when it clicks, it really clicks.
