Two experienced technicians hired in two weeks. That’ll do.
Congratulations to Colby & Gale Service Station in Damariscotta, ME on hiring two Experienced Automotive Technicians! 🎉
Their campaign went live on September 24. By October 8, they had made two hires.
Experienced techs are rarely sitting at home scrolling job boards. They’re usually working somewhere else, which makes reaching the right people and giving them a reason to make a move especially important.
Fourteen days. Two experienced techs. Not bad at all. 👏
