Substitute Leg Extensions
I had ACL knee surgery 2016. Was told by the surgeon not to do leg extensions. I haven’t until this program so didn’t listen to surgeon. Been having knee pain where the screw is inserted. I work out at home no commercial gym. Any suggestions on what I can substitute for leg extensions please? Thanks in advance.
