Too late in the game ?
Hello y'all. I am new in the community and excited about getting in the STR field especially to off set my taxes. I know I am late for 2025 but I am wondering if STR business in general will soon become super saturated and unsustainable. If too many people keep buying STR to get the Bonus depreciation.
