Ive listened to the training on MP and now that Im starting to populate the tracker, I have a question. I can't recall, from the education, if the hours need to be 500 per STR/property, or 500 for all properties together?

Yes- We looked at Baselane. It seemed like a fairly simple/straightforward STR bookeeping solution and lower cost than QBO. We decided to move forward with QBO to keep it simple for our accountant and allow for easier business expansion down the road
