Pompeii Tai Chi
I just watched the form with Dr Hoover at the Pompeii ampitheater (sp). Wow! With the music playing in the background, it was especially inspiring. So intense. Thank you for adding the video and sharing with us. I've always wanted to visit Greece. Wouldn't it be great to see a gathering of your instructors and students performing the form during the next worldwide Tai Chi Day?

Strike a pose
As always, I strike a pose and practice QiGong and Taichi whenever I can while traveling. I just returned from Luxembourg a great walkable city with lots of green and plaza in the city and adjacent ancient sites. BTW the common symbol, De Roude Léiw (The red lion), has a good frame from martial arts stand point, I might add.
