Hi, and welcome to SOHMA Tai Chi! I’m Dr. Daniel Hoover, the creator of the School of Healing Martial Arts and the SOHMA Tai Chi Instructor Certification Program. Moving slowly but moving
I've been disappointed with how slowly I've been moving through the course, mostly because I'm tackling mulitple courses at once, I'm not a quick study and on top of that, kind of a klutz. then I saw this today and realized, hey at least I'm moving forward:

It Takes a Village
Hello Everyone, Just wanted to thank you all for your teaching moments as we move through this training. I'm learning on the remote track, but seeing you all during the recorded sessions has been super helpful. Although I haven't met any of you personally, I feel connected through the classes. Keep up the great work! And to Dr. Hoover, your lessons are engaging and informative and I hope to one day make the trek down to SoCal and take a class in person!

Qigong in nature
Doing QiGong on a trail to Hidden Lake at National Glacier Park while also crossing the continent to Canada. It’s extraordinary to be able to do separating Heaven and Earth beneath the Big Sky of Montana surrounded by the crowns of the continent.
