Hello Everyone, My name is Ashray Sood. A Brief History: I was born in India and raised in Kenya, and I lived in the UK and Canada during my university years. Having been born with severe eczema and bronchitis, it was traditional, classical Hatha Kriya Yoga that restored my health. Consequently, I became deeply interested in the spiritual sciences—specifically the internal arts. After living for two years at the Isha Yoga Centre, I now teach Yoga alongside other fitness modalities, including Pilates, Calisthenics, Mobility, and Power Bands. While it is incredibly rewarding to help people reclaim their health, I have noticed that in our modern, material world, few prioritize spiritual growth. For a long time, I felt a deep sense of something missing. Following an extensive search for that "missing piece," I discovered Tai Chi.
