Seated Tai Chi ☯️
If you've been on the internet lately (if you're here you probably have, lol)... You may have seen an ad or two (or 100 🤣) about "Seated Tai Chi". A lot of these ads make outlandish claims, and hopefully most people recognize that. But Seated Tai Chi is a legitimate practice that has a lot of value. Traditionally, There would be seated practices (think meditation on the floor), As well as standing/moving practices. Seated Tai Chi can be a middle ground between the two. For some, standing for prolonged periods may be difficult. For others, seated meditation can present its own challenges. Seated Tai Chi can offer benefits of both. If it speaks to you... Give this quick routine a go. 😎 I'll find some others as well. ENJOY. 🙏
Fight 🥊 or Flight 🪽(or Freeze 🥶) Or FLOW 🥷
When 💩 hits the fan... We just react. 🤯 But that doesn't always work out very well... (sometimes it just adds to the 💩 show) 🫠 What can we do? 🤔 Be proactive... Before you become (nuclear) reactive. ☢️ 💯☯️🙏
It's Never Too Late...

Escaping the Red Dust - Karma & Attachment 📿
Some people think of Karma as "good" vs. "bad". But there is another idea. This idea is that karma is sticky. Karma is something we carry with us. Baggage. Trauma. It weighs us down. This is the idea of the Red Dust. Trying to carry good stuff instead of bad stuff... Is still carrying around the same dust. Attachment is attachment. We must let go. More insights from Adam Chan. ENJOY. 🙏
