Can someone help me?
These past few weeks I've been putting on muscle mass but my main goal is to lose more fat and for some reason I haven't been losing so much us I used to so I'm asking for help if anyone knows some things that I can do to help me with fat loss

Day 19, 20 ✅
Day 19 was okay. I hit my food goals and did some pushups and situps. However, on day 20 swimming practice finally resumed after the easter break and I am back on it. Now I can resume the sport I love and workout to my best capabilities. Going Strong 💪.
