Can someone help me?
These past few weeks I've been putting on muscle mass but my main goal is to lose more fat and for some reason I haven't been losing so much us I used to so I'm asking for help if anyone knows some things that I can do to help me with fat loss

Check what is your maintenance kcal per day (you have plenty of websites to do it), then took of 300-500 kcal and ask chatgpt to generate a diet with the foods you enjoy. Start counting kcal, eat whole foods, walk 10k steps, sleep 8 hours and you will get there

Didn't feel like showing up today but I did so, and im proud for that. This Sunday is my 10k race cant wait. Plus a little spent over 45 minutes helping a friend make a plan for his summer workouts. Lets crush this boys, see you on day 26
