We have been getting more reps focusing on our Jumping in the month of March to help peak our repeated abilities at this stage of the Club Season.
Not only are there National bids on the line, many athletes will start losing some of the gas in their tank this time of year with the accumulation of school, practices, athletic periods, travel weekends & more. Many are recovering from being sick or having small injuries.
We aim to stay ahead and anticipate the extra stressors that can make us jump & burst less repeatedly, or decrease the power behind the ball when making contact.
The in-session competition is a plus and everyone has been great about pushing each other.
