Get your SLEEP 😴
I know you're a busy athlete in school, going to lessons/clinics, travel ball practices and still have academics.
It doesn't feel easy to magically get more sleep during the week.
But we can gradually add back time and quality to our sleep so we are more recharged over time and performing our best!
PS: most don't realize they ARE NOT performing their best due to lack of sleep until sometime later.
Being able to think better in workouts/practices, execute better and recover can be heavily reliant on sleep.
