Hey SH Fam. Here's an update on a bunch of things! Hope ya'll are having a great week! If you don't have time to listen to the 11 minutes - here is a VERY brief summary:
- I am recovering well but experiencing some trouble with extending my bicep - this is normal
- I am getting back into running and cardio, working my legs and doing light arm stretches
- I list some realizations and outcomes from my surgery experience as I gained 15lbs in 2 weeks after surgery and am now working to get myself back into my wellness routine
- I want to get back to training with ya'll soon - likely early-mid Feb
- WhatsApp group is coming ASAP - I have gotten your #'s
- Listen to or watch the video - it has some really good nuggets for those that need a little boost
- I miss you all and can't wait to get back into things
