Hi Everyone! A few lovely people have reached out to say hello, so I figured it was time to get my post in here.

I am super excited because this is my first intro to a group where I can say I am an emerging Queer Canadian Author with my first book coming out next month. I write through mixed medium about growing up queer in the 90s and early 2000s before social media really took off and before we gained media representation. From aging to trauma, body standards to community labels, and healing in a world where the healing process has been dictated by our hetero counterparts, my book takes on social commentary and theology based on my life experience and observation of our community across platforms and places.

My boring day job is in analytics for the time being but being able to collaborate and support each other - especially in places like this that don't rely on the prettiest picture getting the likes is super special. Looking forward to meeting you all!
