Do you struggle with irritability?
I can’t help but laugh when I think about this. I really LOVE coffee. The smell, the taste, the colour… but before I starting using stem cell activation, I couldn’t handle one cup after the other in the morning. My hand would tremble slightly on the second cup as my cortisol would spike, and I would try to keep my hand as still as possible so Jesus wouldn’t notice. Jesus always wants to make sure I’m okay, and I just knew he’d begin reducing my ‘ration’ of morning coffee, haha. So get this. When we started using stem cell activation in early September 2024, on day two, I noticed I felt calmer. And the very first indication that I had that something was working was the change in how my body responded to caffeine. After that, many more health improvements began to happen as we continued using the stem cell activation, and I had to start keeping a list so I wouldn’t forget! Shoutout to Wendy Morgan, our awesome angel who introduced me and my family to this tech. We love you! Link to complete discussion below. Share with someone who needs this. Tasha~
Have sleep issues?
Jesus asked me here about my sleep quality. I know that how much energy you have, and how you FEEL depends heavily on how you sleep. And perhaps that’s part of the problem where I was so exhausted as I entered my forties. I slept lightly all the time. I’d wake up at least twice per night, and it’d take at least 30 minutes to get to sleep. In the morning, I wanted to stay in bed cause I was still tired, and I don’t think it made much difference whether I stayed in bed for longer, either. It was sh*ty quality sleep. That was the problem. Now though, both of us feel like we ‘hibernate’ every night. It’s hard to explain unless you have experienced it, but days after consistently activating our stem cells, we both began to sleep deeply every night. I think this might be something that only people who use the stem cell activation actually understand. It’s phenomenal, and it means I get more out of our day because we’re bright-eyed, present, and energetic, even first thing in the morning. How’s your sleep, and what do you use to help improve the quality of your sleep? To see our full discussion, see the link below. Share with someone who needs this. Tasha~

BELIEVE in yourself!
As a couple, we’ve had so many challenges that we could write a book at this point. The latest was quickly making a decision to completely leave our home due to a situation that was completely out of our control. The scary thing was that we had no other home to move to. Everything happened so quickly, and in the final week of May, we decided to just leave. We didn’t know if we’d have to live in a hotel or Airbnb for a week or a month or two. We just believed that we’d be okay. The universe has our back. This will resolve. We will resolve, like we always do. Nothing, including discomfort, is permanent. And guess what? In the final few days of May, we landed a beautiful new space. Continued in the comments below.
