Meet Jesus!
Jesus started out as a martial arts student from the age of five. In his teens, he became four times national champion, and went on to study sports fitness, physiology and nutrition. He presented his scientific research, observing lab results in professional athletes, at international conferences. He became a university lecturer, where he taught personal trainers how to manage the health of their clients. As a personal trainer, he designed machines to help people who suffered serious neurological health issues recover mobility. Today, he's a metabolic and physical energy specialist, and works with professional CEOs, working out health issues, increasing energy, and improving mental clarity.

Any fasting 'rules?'
What are the fasting ‘rules?’ Absence of food, including sugar, is a start! I love to pull Jesus’ leg, and of course, I know you cannot drink pop, soda, and any kind of beverage that contains sugar. Likewise, cinnamon rolls immediately bring you out of your fast. There are strict guidelines for anyone doing an extended or intermittent fast with us, and as mentioned in previous videos, there are a ton of benefits to fasting. Jesus experienced improved mental clarity, happier skin, and more on his latest extended fast. That said, what should you be eating when you END your fast? This is an important consideration because your body is looking for specific nourishment. In your opinion, what are the best foods to include on that first plate or bowl of goodness? Do you get pollen allergies?
Question for you? Do you get pollen allergies every spring? 🤧 What do your symptoms look like? Do you get blocked sinuses or itchy eyes? Or do you experience frequent sneezing or inflammation in the head (feeling sluggish) where you can’t focus well? Let us know too, whether you are taking pills, homeopathic remedies or something else to get through the pollen season, and what is working for you? Jesus and I have finally found something that works for me (I suffer every May~ late June, and have had allergies since I was a kid). It’s a relief to have something that works because we work right through the season, and prefer not to take time off.
