30 weeks & strong as a mother!!!
a silly but fun goal / challenge for myself with both pregnancies was to be able to still squat 200lbs when I got to the 30 week mark. On Monday I hit 30 weeks and my 200 lb squat!! Super proud of this one 🙌🏼 some days, chasing around my toddler is the only activity I’m getting. But others, when I show up for myself in these ways, it feels like such a victory ☺️
