A little life update from me — baby boy is officially here! 🥹🩵 Everyone meet Noah James Thibodeau 🎉 We are home, recovering well, soaking up all the newborn snuggles, and figuring out our new little rhythm as a family. And let me just say… this postpartum thing is NO JOKE. 😂 I have spent so much time learning about it, treating women through it, and literally building a postpartum recovery program… and experiencing it firsthand is a whole different ballgame. I already have a whole new appreciation for the early days of recovery — the soreness, the hormones, the feeding, the sleep deprivation, the “wait, is this normal?!” moments… all of it. 😅 For now, I’m taking my own advice: slowing down, recovering, giving my body some grace, and soaking in this sweet little season. And I have a feeling this experience is going to make me an even better resource for all of you. I can’t wait to share more about my delivery and all the things I’m doing to recover! Thank you guys for all the love and support. So excited to officially be joining you all on the other side. 🥹🫶🏼
