This property seems like it could pencil:
I suspect it needs 50K+ in improvements to bring it to max potential, but several around it are crushing it. I'm not able to find it on Striq, but AirDNA suggests around 70K, but currently making more like 20K with a pretty low rating. It's got some strong competition around it from what I can tell.
