Intro
Hi all! I'm Elena and I'm located in Newport Beach, California. I accidentally did the stages in reverse lol made an offer before I knew what I was doing and now trying to figure out if the deals I'm under contract for are worth closing. My 90-day goal is to get clarity on that and close (or not, if that's the better decision). The biggest thing holding me back rn is time! Excited to be on this path and hopefully buy back my time deal by deal.

Anybody interested in a 37% CoC deal? Off market, new build and furnished
I have an off market deal in Houston, fully furnished. it just needs some amenities, sleep count optimization and design to get it to perform well but the bulk of the furniture is already there. @Matt Sanderson @Emily Fournier what do you think?
