Hi everyone, I'm excited to join this community! I'm an STR operator that has been invested in short term rentals since 2013. My business partner and I currently own about 15 properties with 45 total under management across 6 markets at our PM company ( Coolbnbs.com ) and I'm also an active broker at EXP Realty in Charlotte NC. I had the chance to meet Matt and learn all about STR IQ at the Limitless RE event about a month ago and had the opportunity to be featured on his 'Find it Friday' call a couple weeks ago. Hi! I'm Nicole and I'm in the scaling phase of my STR journey. I am addicted to everything STR! I live in Indianapolis, IN. I am in the process of finding two new STR properties. What's holding me back #1? Should I buy out of state where my daughter attends school? I've done the research, but can't commit. 🫣 What's holding me back #2? (this is a purchase where I already own a property) Do I buy a luxury high priced property or do I take a risk on something new that could be more profitable? 😂
