Hello all! This is my Classroom Step 1. My Name is Bryan Takata, Living well in Beaverton, Oregon (Portland Suburb) The 90 day goal is to get my first STR purchased and running. The biggest thing holding me back is finding my 20% COC property on a 800-1.3 home. STR82100K trademark has been applied for to journal my path to 100k.
