I’ve had my VA working with us for about a year now, and she’s become a regular part of how we manage our properties. She manages our guest messaging (check-ins, inquiries, noise/lockout issues), maintenance and vendors, listing optimizations, and other ops tasks. She's also looking to take on more responsibility and grow into an operations manager role.

She is working daytime U.S. hours. I do not have enough hours for her this season, so seeing if anybody could put her to use. Happy to make an intro if you're interested. Just drop me a message.
