Hey everyone! My name is Tom Van Dean and my wife Whitney and I live in Philadelphia, PA. We own 1 LTR in Philly that we’ve had for 27 years, 1 STR in Port St. Joe, FL which we purchased this past May. We are having a cost seg study done on that property in October. We also currently arbitrage one home in DC and possibly adding two more arbitrage units in Santa Rosa, FL. I would say we are in Stage 4 and looking to scale. Our 90- day goal would be to research our next STR market and begin figuring out the financing. I would say what’s holding us back is not wanting to overextend ourselves financially.
