Newbies to STR
Hello All! New to the group and STR! We are in SC and have been looking for our first property! We have looked at so many listings and are quite overwhelmed at this point. We would love to spend $650-850,000 and then would have opportunity to add up to $100,000 for updates. Any help would be appreciated!
