Glad to be part of this group. Hi everyone!! I heard Matt Sanderson on the NO Vacancy The Podcast and really took a liken to what he was saying. Very informative. I'm currently a long-term investor in the Albany NY area and at some point, in my journey want to get into short term/mid term rentals. I'm always learning and listening. Thanks for having me in the group and looking forward to networking.
