Hey guys! My name is Jack Mitchell, based in South Florida. Excited to connect with everyone here. Seems like there’s a great community building and it’s nice to be around likeminded people.

Quick background on me. I’ve been in the STR space coming up on 5 years now. I had an arbitrage company that we sold and exited back in May of 2025.

Now my main focus is a luxury STR property management company, https://offgridvip.com, where we manage high end luxury properties with concierge services. We also run a done for you short term rental service for high income earners looking to save money on taxes and buy great Airbnbs.

My 90 day goal is to meet and connect with as many people as possible in this group and find the best STR properties for my clients.
