✅ IMPORTANT: Update to Weekly Power Hours

Team -

After careful consideration and reflection, I have decided to cancel the Thursday Power Hour calls.

The Tuesday calls, however, will remain, and as always, will always be full of value.

The reason for this change is that the FIRST FACILITY coaching program is taking off quickly.

The successes (offers, deals closing) are starting to happen at scale. Given that the clients in that program have paid for the community, content, and coaching, I am doubling down on my commitment to drive success and build it into the most comprehensive community for those getting started in self-storage that exists today.

To fulfill that commitment, this move had to be made.

There is also an outside chance that I will change the 10 am MST call to a later time in the day (5 pm MST) so that I can reach and impact more aspiring self-storage investors who are grinding at their W2 jobs every day.

Hope you understand, and I appreciate everyone who has made the Thursday calls.
