How I find 1,000s of Self Storage Leads for $50

Hello, All. I am sharing a solid practice that I personally use to find storage leads for a very low cost using Fiverr. I also posted a video walkthrough on how to do this in the classroom.

Step 1: Head over to Fiverr.com and create a free account

Step 2: In the search box, type “Google My Business Listing Scraper.”

Step 3: Find a vendor with a high review score, AND a high number of transactions

Step 4: Click the Ad for that vendor, then click “Contact Me” to start a conversation

Step 5: Share this: “I am looking for a vendor to help me scrape all the available data on Google My Business listings for the state of [insert state] for the category self-storage. Below is the link to the data I want to collect from the GMB Listing. Can you do this?"

Step 6: When they reply, ask for a sample. When they send over a sample, you can see the quality of the work. If you like it, hire them for $50 (or so), and you will get 600 to 1,000+ leads to call/email in about three days 😀

Pro-tip: Make sure you get the data for the self-storage facilities review score, # of reviews, verification text, and top image URL. Facilities with low review scores, low reviews and/or have not claimed their GMB profile are PRIME targets.
