What do you THINK it is, and if you did the time audit, what actually was it? Mine the first time I did it was marketing and replying to customer messages in all the ways they came in and website small edits... I got rid of all of that the first time I ever did my time audit. It took around 6 months to fully say I let it go and automation or someone else did it but its years later and I still dont do this! but it gets done!

I want to know the honest truth, did you do it? Why or why not? I want to make it more realistic so I'm really looking for feedback :) I really want to help ya'll stop doing it all! LOL I'm on a mission! But you can't stop doing it all if you don't even know where you spend the most time on items that can be delegated r automated..... How will you know?
